Pandora, Amina Pedersen is the new Head of Legal for Northern Europe

Amina Pedersen (pictured) has been appointed Head of Legal, Northern Europe at Pandora, moving back into an in-house legal role after working in the jewellery group’s global compliance function.

Pedersen joined Pandora in April 2025 as Global Compliance Manager, contributing to the development of the company’s governance and compliance framework. In her new role, she will oversee legal matters across Northern Europe, with many of her stakeholders based in Hamburg.

Before joining Pandora, Pedersen spent more than four years as Senior Legal Specialist at Sasol. She previously worked as In-House Counsel at Otto Group and as Legal Advisor at Snap-on, both in Hamburg.

Announcing the appointment on Linkedin, Pedersen described the move as a “homecoming”, both professionally and personally, adding that her experience in compliance had reinforced how much she enjoys working as an in-house lawyer.
