Ulrika Elfving to lead legal at Swedish Investor AB
Swedish investment group Investor AB has appointed Ulrika Elfving (pictured) as general counsel, with the move set to take effect in the second quarter.
Elfving joins from Electrolux, where she has served as general counsel since 2022 following more than a decade in senior legal roles at the appliance maker (and where she is being succeeded by Anna Almén, as previously reported). Her experience includes leading the company’s corporate legal department and advising on group-wide legal strategy.
At Investor AB, one of the Nordics’ most prominent investment firms, she will oversee legal matters linked to its portfolio and ownership activities.
Elfving previously spent over ten years at law firm Gernandt & Danielsson and completed a secondment at Slaughter and May in London. She began her career at the Svea Court of Appeal.
