Alessandra Gemei named legal manager EU/UK at Fortidia
Fortidia has appointed Alessandra Gemei (pictured) as Legal Manager for Europe and UK. She takes on the new role after serving as Senior Legal Counsel within the group since December 2024.
In her previous position at Fortidia, Gemei provided legal support to the company’s operations across Italy and other European markets, advising on commercial contracts, compliance matters, disputes, intellectual property, corporate governance and M&A transactions. She also coordinated external counsel and led a number of strategic legal projects aimed at enhancing legal processes and supporting business growth.
Before joining Fortidia, she served as Senior Legal Counsel at NTT DATA and as Legal Manager for Italy and the Southern Europe Hub at Accor. Earlier in her career, she held legal positions at e-Novia and Sky Italia, where she gained extensive experience in domestic and international commercial agreements, corporate governance, extraordinary transactions and business support.
