Kering unveils three new leadership appointments

Kering has announced a series of leadership changes, appointing Charlotte Fournet as CEO of Pomellato, Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo and Sabina Belli as President of Kering Italy.

Fournet and Cucurachi will both be based in Milan and report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Kering Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Kering Jewelry.

Fournet, who has more than 14 years of experience in luxury merchandising and product strategy, has held roles across several Kering maisons, including Saint Laurent, Gucci and Bottega Veneta. At Pomellato, she will oversee the brand’s next phase of development, with a focus on positioning, retail productivity and selective distribution growth.

Cucurachi joined DoDo in 2024 as Global Product and Brand Director. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Swarovski and previously worked at L’Oréal and Lindt & Sprüngli. As CEO, she will lead DoDo’s strategic development in Italy and selected international markets.

The changes also see Sabina Belli, CEO of Pomellato Group since 2015, take on the role of President of Kering Italy, effective 15 September 2026. Based in Milan, she will report directly to Luca de Meo, CEO of Kering.
