MKS brings in global labour counsel to bolster legal function
Tech company MKS has appointed Vincent Miranda (pictured) as Global In-House Counsel for Labour & Employment, strengthening its legal coverage across international operations.
Based in New York, Miranda will lead employment law matters for all of MKS’s global business units, helping them navigate local and cross-border regulations while ensuring consistency in company-wide HR policies.
He joins from Dun & Bradstreet, where he spent three years developing expertise in labour law and industrial relations across complex, multinational environments.
MKS sees the hire as timely, given the growing complexity of employment regulation worldwide. Miranda’s ability to coordinate legal strategy at scale is expected to support the company’s growth ambitions and bring greater integration to its human resources approach.
