Emeis appoints new deputy CEO and CFO for central Europe & LATAM

Healthcare group Emeis has named Jean-Marc Boursier (pictured) as Deputy CEO and CFO, with oversight of Central Europe and Latin America operations. The appointment is part of a broader push to strengthen governance and accelerate the group’s operational recovery.

Boursier will take direct charge of Finance, IT and Procurement, three functions the group considers critical to improving efficiency and tightening resource management. His mandate centers on structural transformation: redesigning core processes and lifting overall performance as emeis works through a period of organizational rebuilding.

His background spans both financial and operational leadership. An engineer by training, graduating from Télécom Sud Paris and holding a master’s in finance from HEC Paris, Boursier built much of his career at the SUEZ Group, where he served as both CFO and COO. Those roles gave him deep experience in financial oversight, operational control and process optimization across complex, international organizations.

Emeis expects the appointment to improve cross-functional integration and lay the groundwork for more sustainable growth.
