Taru Kovanen joins Framery as general counsel

Framery Group Oyj, a Finnish company in the design and manufacture of soundproof pods and private spaces for modern offices, has appointed Taru Kovanen (pictured) as its new General Counsel and member of the Management Team, strengthening the legal function in support of the group’s international growth.

Starting this June, Kovanen will report directly to CEO Samu Hällfors and will oversee the company’s legal affairs, compliance, governance and extraordinary transactions. She is based Helsinki.

She joins from Siili Solutions, where she held a similar role. Previously, she worked at law firm Krogerus, focusing on capital markets, M&A and corporate transactions for listed companies.
