Coca-Cola Europacific Partners appoints new general counsel

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has strengthened its legal and governance structure with the appointment of Svetlana Walker (in foto) as General Counsel and Company Secretary of the group. She is based in London.

In her new role, Walker leads legal, corporate and compliance activities, supporting management and the board of directors in international operations and strategic processes.

Walker succeeded Clare Wardle and brought over twenty years of experience in law and compliance gained in multinational environments and regulated industries. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Klöckner Pentaplast Group.

Throughout her career she has developed expertise in regulatory risk management, international compliance and legal support for complex global businesses.
