Allison Off-Highway: Sandri appointed business unit general counsel, EMEA & APAC

Alessandro Sandri (pictured) has been promoted within Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems to business unit general counsel for the Off-Highway business and the EMEA and APAC regions, based in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

The appointment comes just a few months after he joined the company as legal director in January 2026, marking a rapid expansion of his international responsibilities.

In his new role, Sandri oversees legal activities for the Off-Highway division across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Before joining Allison, he spent more than eight years at Dana Incorporated, where he also served as OH global legal director. Earlier in his career, he was general counsel at Marazzi Group and Boschi Food & Beverage, and gained experience in corporate, M&A and finance at Parmalat Group.
