Bracco taps Nicelli to oversee worldwide compliance operations

Bracco is expanding the scope of its compliance function, appointing Anna Lisa Nicelli (pictured) as Group Compliance Officer with global responsibility over the EMEA, USA and APAC regions.

The appointment marks the culmination of a long-standing career built at the intersection of compliance, legal affairs, governance and healthcare management, developed across leading organisations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, both domestically and internationally.

Nicelli joined Bracco in 2024 as EMEA Compliance Director. Prior to that, she held senior positions at GSK across legal, government affairs, strategic operations and tender management, also playing a key role in the integration of Tesaro into the group. Her professional background is further enriched by experience in associative and institutional settings, including Fondazione Smith Kline and BioPharma Network.
