De Saint Albin to join Lefebvre Group as chief legal officer
Lefebvre Group has announced the appointment of Annabelle Raguenet de Saint Albin (pictured) as Chief Legal Officer, effective 11 May 2026. In her new role, she will join the Group Executive Committee, report directly to Julien Tanguy, and oversee all legal matters for the Lefebvre Dalloz subsidiary as well.
De Saint Albin brings a combination of legal and financial expertise both as a private practice lawyer and as an in-house legal professional leading legal affairs for an international technology company. Her background includes advising companies, investment funds and senior executives on high-stakes strategic and economic projects, ranging from international expansion and financial structuring to governance and compliance matters.
At the moment, before joining Lefebvre Group, de Saint Albin is serving as Group General Counsel, Board Secretary and member of the Executive Committee at Devialet, the French acoustic engineering and audio technology company that is part of the French Tech 120 program. Since 2016, she has overseen the company’s legal, intellectual property, compliance and litigation activities while managing international distribution and technology licensing operations.
Her earlier career was largely spent at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, where she worked for more than 14 years in Paris and Hong Kong. As Counsel in the firm’s M&A and corporate law practice, she advised on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions.
She also completed secondments at Bpifrance, the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement and Legrand, gaining additional experience in investment structuring, corporate restructuring and in-house M&A operations.
Lefebvre Group said de Saint Albin’s dual expertise in finance and law would represent a major asset for the company as it continues to strengthen its strategic and operational development.
