Evoca, Eduardo Di Mauro appointed new head of legal
Leadership change in the legal function at Evoca Group, a multinational company active worldwide in the production of professional coffee machines and vending solutions. Since last October, Eduardo Di Mauro (pictured) has taken on the role of Head of Legal, succeeding Roberto Cassera.
Evoca operates through several legal entities globally, including Evoca France, Evoca Iberia and Evoca UK. The legal department is centralized and based exclusively in Italy (in addition to Di Mauro, it also includes Elio Leto and Maristella Di Summa).
The appointment has been disclosed now as part of a broader organizational reshuffle following the acquisition of RadiciGroup by Lone Star Funds, which already owns Evoca. The transaction closed on April 30 and led to a reallocation of legal responsibilities within the group: Cassera has moved to head the legal department of RadiciGroup.
Di Mauro joins from Pernigotti, where he served for several years as Head of Legal and Board Member, gaining solid experience in extraordinary transactions, corporate law and compliance. Over the course of his career, he has also worked at leading organizations such as Pioneer Investments, Borsa Italiana and the international law firm DLA Piper, developing cross-functional expertise in M&A, corporate law, international contracts and corporate governance.
