Interparking hires Natacha Podymski Ribeiro as group senior legal counsel
Interparking has appointed Natacha Podymski Ribeiro (pictured) as Group Senior Legal Counsel, with responsibility for international legal matters and corporate governance.
She joins the Brussels-based group after more than nine years at Saba Group, where she held a series of increasingly senior roles, most recently Head of Legal Portugal and International Corporate Affairs.
In that capacity, she worked closely with group headquarters on cross-border corporate matters, including governance, structuring and litigation coordination, while continuing to oversee all legal activities related to the Portuguese operations. Her previous roles at Saba also included responsibility for compliance frameworks, M&A projects and international legal coordination.
Earlier in her career, she served as in-house counsel at Pinto Brasil Group and trained in private practice at Gama Lobo Xavier, Luis Teixeira e Melo e Associados.
Announcing the move on Linkedin, Ribeiro described her time at Saba as “an amazing growth chapter” and highlighted the international experience gained “from Porto to Barcelona.” She added that she is “happy to be joining Interparking, stepping into a broader international scope with an amazing team overseeing 16 countries.”
